Yang's Orchids Quality Claim Policy

Thank you for your business with Yang's Orchids.

Important: We sell live orchids. Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the plants have been shipped.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee that all orchids leave our facility in healthy condition, properly packed according to international live plant export standards, and match your order specifications.

If there is a problem:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Send clear photos or video showing the issue

3. Email info@yangsorchids.com with the subject: Quality Issue - [Order Number]

We will review and work with you to find a fair commercial solution, such as a credit toward your next order or a partial refund.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation.

After 24 hours, preparation begins and changes/cancellations are not possible.

Special requests (like 1.7‑inch pots) cannot be canceled once confirmed.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

For FOB Taiwan Port shipments:
Once the orchids are loaded at the port, responsibility transfers to you (the buyer). We are not liable for damage or loss during transit.

For EXW Taiwan Factory shipments:
Responsibility transfers when the goods are picked up from our facility.

If damage occurs before responsibility transfers:
We will replace the affected plants at our expense.

We are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect address information.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only given in these situations:

1. We fail to deliver as agreed

2. Damage occurs before responsibility transfers to you

3. An order is canceled within the allowed 24‑hour window

Any refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days.
